01What products does Novoselivskyi GZK JSC manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of quartz materials for industrial applications, including:
- beneficiated quartz sand: PK-010-Z, PK-015-Z, PK-020-Z, PK-030-Z, PK-050-Z, PK-070-Z;
- natural quartz sand: PK-50-P, PK-100-P, PK-150-P, PK-P, VPK;
- quartz flour: PKM-050-80.

02What is the product moisture content?
Moisture depends on the product type:
- dry beneficiated quartz sand and PKM-050-80 quartz flour — no more than 0.5%;
- wet beneficiated quartz sand — no more than 7.0%;
- natural quartz sand — no more than 7.0%.
03How is the product packaged?
Dry beneficiated quartz sand and quartz flour are supplied in polypropylene big bags with an inner polyethylene liner. Depending on the grade, the product may also be supplied in bulk by road or rail.
04What are the dimensions and weight of a big bag?
A standard big bag holds 1,000 kg and measures 1.15 × 1.15 × 1.0 m.
05Are pallets used?
No. Products in big bags are shipped without pallets.
06What do the numbers in a grade name mean?
The numbers indicate the maximum permissible iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) content in thousandths of a percent. They do not indicate grain size.
- PK-010-Z — Fe₂O₃ ≤ 0.010%;
- PK-050-Z — Fe₂O₃ ≤ 0.050%.
07How is a product grade decoded?
The grade designation consists of:
- PK — quartz sand;
- the number — maximum permissible Fe₂O₃ content;
- Z — beneficiated;
- P — natural.
For example, PK-030-Z is beneficiated quartz sand with iron oxide content not exceeding 0.030%.
08What is the particle-size distribution of the products?
The company’s quartz materials have a fine particle-size distribution. The average grain size is 0.1–0.2 mm (100–200 μm). Detailed values for each grade are provided in the Technical Center and product datasheets.
09What delivery methods are available?
Products can be delivered:
- by road;
- by rail — open wagons, covered wagons and hopper wagons.
The delivery method depends on the product type, packaging and customer requirements.
10What vehicle is required for loading big bags?
For loading products in big bags, the customer must provide a vehicle body that allows side loading.
11Do you export your products?
Yes. Novoselivskyi GZK JSC supplies Ukrainian and international customers and provides the required accompanying documentation package.
